When can I order newly launched products?
When the vendors have launched the new products ADmire will offer these new products as soon as possible to those of our customers who want them available in their product range.
When the product range and prices are approved by your company, these will become available on the orderings portal as soon as possible thereafter.
Please note that the process from launch to ready to order at the portal normally takes 3-4 weeks.
Can I add products to my order?
In case your order is delivered, and your agreement period has begun, it is unfortunately not impossible to add more products to your order. If your order has not yet been delivered, contact ADmire and refer to your order number and ask about the possibility of adding more products.
When will my phone arrive?
In relation to delivery, a distinction must be made between the following 3 scenarios, but for all scenarios, it is valid that there may be an extended delivery time for products that are on backorder or when choosing the producer’s newest products due to the global delivery situation.
Gross salary scheme:

Expect delivery approx. 1-2 weeks before the start of the scheme.
Choose Your Own Device (Ordering for the first time – no previous arrangement):

Expect approx. 1-2 weeks delivery time from order if a phone is in stock.
Expect approx. 6-8 weeks delivery time from order if a phone is not in stock.
We will keep an eye on your order and send you status notifications if you have waited more than 2 weeks for delivery.
If contrary to expectations, your order still cannot be delivered after 8 weeks, you will be offered to cancel the order and hereafter order another model.
Choose Your Own Device (Reorder at contract expiry):

When ordering new products in connection with the expiry of the agreement, delivery will take place 1-2 weeks before the expiry of the existing agreement at the earliest.
It is recommended to order a new work phone well in advance, as some products experience longer delivery times from the producer. Orders placed 1 week before the expiry of the existing agreement will therefore only be able to be delivered if all products are available in stock at the suppliers.
We will keep an eye on your order and send you status notifications if you have waited more than 2 weeks for delivery.
If contrary to expectations, your order still cannot be delivered after 8 weeks, you will be offered to cancel the order and hereafter order another model.
Why can you not deliver my phone when I see that the same model is in stock in another shop?
When ADmire offers a gross salary scheme, we offer you (and your colleagues) a competitive price giving you the benefit of buying products through the scheme. We cannot offer the same solution by ordering the same product at another shop.
Therefore, you may experience that the same model is available in another shop, while still waiting to receive your product from ADmire.
However, we will send reminders to our vendors, to be able to deliver as soon as possible.
Why are there two different prices on the products?
When you click on a product, you will be able to see two different prices. The high prices are the prices before tax (gross), which will appear on your pay slip, and the low price after tax (net), which is the price you actually pay for the product.
Will I be taxed on ‘’free phone’’ (fri telefon)?
When ordering a company phone, regardless of whether you choose an upgraded model or the standard model, you will be taxed by ‘’free phone’’ (fri telefon) from your employer. You will be taxed by an amount equivalent to DKK 250,- Per month (as of 1 January 2022).
My phone is broken, what do I do?
Don’t worry, your phone is covered by our All-risk Carepack, which covers damage to your equipment throughout the contract period.
You report phone damage through portal.admire.dk.
If your company agreement includes a loaner phone, you will be offered this at the time of repair. If it is not included in your agreement, you can inquire about the possibility for loaning a phone for an additional price.
